Tom ONGALO is founding member and the Managing Consultant of kWh Advisory.
With a background in Economics & banking and a Masters in Information Systems from USA, Tom specialized in solar energy sector and project development with a clear focus on sustainable energy systems in international markets through experience.
Tom has a profound knowledge of solar markets in Africa, particularly grid connected solar photovoltaic (PV). During the initial years of his career in solar energy development as Project Manager at a medium sized developer company, he was leading a team of several experts. This position allowed him to collect in-depth technical knowledge on photovoltaic energy, as well as extending his experience in project development and finance, project management, Government and PPA negotiations.
